Who we are

Feng Ling Cat Studio 風鈴貓工作室 (literal translation is Wind Chime Cat Studio) is a one-person managed art studio that will be providing products such as original illustration books, visual novel games, art prints, stickers, and possible tote bags and small purses as well as other unannounced merchandises. 5% of the profit will go to mental health research or organization. Another 5% will be donated to the Society of Women Engineers Hawaiian Islands Section.

All products that require mailing will need a signature from the customer through the post office delivery.

Chi will not be tracking anyone’s data regarding any media on her website. If this website tracks your data due to the media on this page and gives Chi access to view the data, Chi will not use them, look at them, and/or share them unless Chi needs them for whatever reason that she cannot think of right now.

Chi will not share your data with anyone unless Chi needs a helper to help pack and deliver the products to the post office.

How long we retain your data

If you send an email regarding any commission (if Chi took any), Chi will keep the commission request and customer’s (your) data on a spreadsheet and make a checklist as to whether this/these commission/commissions is/are done and sent to the customer (you). There will also be a checklist as to whether the customer(s) received his/her/their product(s). This data will be kept on record as long as there is enough space on my computer or external drive in case Chi encounters any problems.

Where we send your data

Chi will not send your personal data to anyone or anywhere if you send an email regarding any commission (if she took any).
